You have the flexibility to cancel your Company membership at any time, for any reason. However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we will not refund any fees already paid, except in specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy. To cancel your recurring subscription, please access your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all products enrolled in during your membership, effective at the end of your billing period. Should you decide to re-subscribe, your billing date will reset to the day of payment. If your subscription is managed through a third-party account, you may need to cancel via that third party. We strive to make our cancellation and refund process as transparent and user-friendly as possible, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.Discontinuing Use
We retain the right to terminate this agreement immediately by providing written notice under the following circumstances:- (a) Your breach of these Conditions, and if such breach is remediable, your failure to rectify it within 14 days of our written request for remedy.
- (b) Your inability to meet your financial obligations as they become due, your proposal or entry into any agreement with your creditors, initiation of winding-up procedures, appointment of an administrator, administrative receiver, or receiver, or if a creditor enforces any action against all or part of your assets (or similar circumstances occur in another jurisdiction).
